About Us
Owner, Leslie Wubbenhorst, is a New Orleans native who has lived in Houston since 2000. Eternally homesick for the classic New Orleans snoball - that magic combination of fluffy shaved ice and delicious flavor - she decided to make her own in Houston.
SnoBunny SnoBalls uses homemade simple syrup (made from pure cane sugar) and fantastic flavors, including luscious fruit flavors and decadent cream flavors. Every cup we serve is filled with our love for and dedication to the classic New Orleans snoball. Find out why we call it happiness in a cup!
